Facial was amazing just a bit disappointed with how long it went for was 50 min facial & my appointment was 12:45 & was out at 1:28 And that included time get shoes & top & Jewellery off

As always, the overall experience was very nice. The staff is courteous, the massage relaxing, the facial soothing and the technicians were very polite and attentive. My only criticism is the timing of the treatment. We booked a 1 and half hour massage which started 15minutes late. However, we still finished at the original time which means we really didn't get the time we paid for. This is the second time this has happened, and while 15 minutes isn't a great deal of time, it still is 15 minutes we paid for and didn't get the service. In every other sense, Beauty on Rose has been our first choice. Just disappointed that timing issues have once again let our experience down.

Would have liked my eyebrows a little thinner at the ends, they are way too thick & too round for me. I thought I'd give them a couple of days to calm down, as they are henna, but they are still too rounded for me. Thank you.
