The scores that I provided were based on a comparison to the services available in Melbourne rather than on my satisfaction. Overall I was very satisfied with my experience. However, I think there are areas for improvement. The environment was busy and the staff seemed to be run off their feet. This impacted their ability to take the time to be more hospitable. The retail store detracts attention from the spa. Your staff are very nice; the quality of products; facilities and massage is all very good. I think the atmosphere needs improvement and more attention to detail in creating a spa experience.

Had my first full body scrub today. An hour session of exfoliating, steam , warm jets and moisture! Was absolutely stoked with the courtesy and real personal care for my needs. Thankyou and can’t wait to start my facials.

The massage was fantastic. The massauere was knowledgeable and gave a relaxing treatment and helped relieve stress in my back. I also had the LED bed treatment (as the float tank wasn’t working). Not sure of what benefits (if any) I got from that LED treatment. Time will tell maybe?? . The staff are wonderful polite and great. The environment is always a joy in go into abs enjoy all the products for sale. I could spend hours exploring in the shop. Always looking forward to my next pampering day
