I had an infrared sauna prior to my relaxation massage and it was a game changer. The warmth of the rays, with no steam , was so relaxing and was a great add on before my massage. My therapist Chelsea was wonderful and I came out of the treatment feeling relaxed, renewed and floating on air. Special mention to Carla who greeted me with her gorgeous smile on arrival and made me feel very welcome
