Hello, I come to beauty on rose often and today came for the red light stim massage light me up package. The girl who gave me the massage was lovely, however it was terrible. It was supposed to be a relaxation destress and it was more remedial it was uncomfortable and it hurt. I really didn’t enjoy it and didn’t really want to pay, I’m not sure if she was new to massage but it really wasn’t good. I had a relaxation destress massage a few weeks ago and it was amazing I felt like a new person. Unfortunately today I was really disappointed. I don’t usually complain but I thought I should considering it’s a $200 package.

I have always had a friendly and professional experience at Beauty on Rose, from the time of making the booking through to the completion of my treatment. All staff are lovely and knowledgeable, with particular mention of Elle, a fantastic therapist who makes every treatment enjoyable.

I was getting married on Saturday, so I attended Beauty on Rose the morning prior to have shellac applied to my finger nails and toe nails. I had complete faith that I would be well looked after. Upon arrival I selected the perfect colour! My beautician returned after 10 minutes to inform me that the salon only had it in polish, not shellac. I opted for the polish. Halfway through my appointment, my beautician told me that I couldn't wash my hair and needed to be extremely careful for the rest of the day. I knew then and there that I had made an epic mistake. My beautician was lovely and took extreme care in applying the polish. She did a perfect job! However, my appointment went for 2 hours and 45 minutes and I was only offered a champagne five minutes before I left. Unfortunately, I bumped my right hand twice trying to get out of the chair so two of my nails were smudged before I'd even left the salon. I was in quite a state by the time I got home. I ended up making an appointment at a different nail salon and had the polish removed and shellac applied. I really didn't have four hours to dedicate to my nails and as a result, caused me a great deal of stress. For this reason I won't be returning to Beauty on Rose.

Had a facial and the experience wasn't great Left feeling quite anxious - skin was red and felt irritated when i left and during facial it was burning /felt quite sunburnt/tingly - throughout the whole thing - would subside to start with but 2nd peel was not pleasant - have had a facial before at another salon didn't leave with this type of reaction/feeling. I don't have any allergies to anything-

It was so relaxing and amazing. Maybe some music in the nail salon would enhance the experience.
