This was my first experience at Beauty on Rose, I was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was, thankyou for a lovely experience. The gift shop is amazing I couldve spent longer browsing for gifts.

I knew it wasn’t going to be pleasant getting waxed the first time ever for my 11 year old but Holly was very understanding and took her time. She tried to comfort my daughter as much as possible and was extremely patient with a crying child. It wasn’t going to be any different elsewhere but the beauty of the surrounds makes it all that more pleasurable. Will definitely be going back.

Although Jessica (I think that was her name) was really nice and friendly, I asked 4 times to reduce the pressure as it was a pregnancy massage. I felt as if I had to keep asking but the pressure was risen after a few strokes. Also, her nails were long occasionally pinching and scratching my skin which hurt. The environment was lovely, and so was Jessica, however my experience wasn’t so comfortable.

My usual person had to go home unwell….as always the Quality of your staff is amazing …. I have nothing but praise for your staff and it starts at the girls at reception.

Opulent setting, welcoming staff and wonderful therapist. Beauty on Rose was always a beautiful space with great service but now it’s on a totally different level. Well worth a visit.
