My husband and I booked in for 2 x 90 de-stress massages which had to be cancelled and rebooked due to covid staffing issues (completely understandable), however when we arrived to our new appointment the lady we spoke to origibly only rebooked us for a 60 minute treatment. They kindly offered a 15% discount due to the error which we accepted. Before booking the massage my husband mentioned that we require a therapist who can deliver a deep pressure massage, what we received was quite a light pressured massage with basically no time spent in the areas of concern. Neither of our necks were barely touched, not one knot was kneaded. We paid good money and walked out feeling the exact same. Quite disappointed. We will not be returning customers. bsolutely beautiful building and treatment rooms, staff were also very attentive.

I had a great experience after not having a beauty treatment in a long time. Joanne was so knowledgeable and created a plan for me to target the areas I was concerned about. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and I appreciated her walking me through all the products for my skin and ended up getting 2 that were great. It’s nice to have someone that knows so much as I don’t know anything and need all the guidance I could get so appreciate all the help and look forward to being back soon!
