What is usually a 40 minute wax tool over an hour and 5 minutes. As well small parts of was still remaining on my legs, waxing off my legs strips were ripped slowly and multiple times in the same areas due to it not coming of properly the first time. Had to remind waxer to wax part of my bikini that she missed. The waxer was very pleasant and kind but my experience was not unpleasant, not worth the price and resulted in me running late to my next appointment.

Hi, I added on an Epiblade to my skin elixer facial and was out of the room in 55 mins for both. It felt rushed and I didn’t appreciate paying for an ‘add on’ that takes time away from the other treatment rather than adding time.

I was disappointed with the body treatment. I expected to experience a luxurious and rich skin feel at the end of the treatment. I was also hoping to just slip into my evening dress for my black tie event but that was not possible with all the dead skin left on my skin. I had to shower at home to wash away the peel, the product build up. In hindsight, I wish I hadn’t done the facial at the same time as the body treatment. There was a bit of overlapping and doubling up of services. I am only providing this feedback as constructive criticism and not as an angry, hateful customer. I will be back. All the best.

I was dissatisfied that the particular machine for my facial treatment was faulty & the Therapist had to use alternative methods. I was very happy with my Therapist but felt the treatment was a bit painful & uncomfortable. The prices of the facial treatments have increased considerably & luckily l had a $200 voucher & l received a $30 discount as it was the salons anniversary. I still had to pay an extra $70 as the service was $ 300. I don’t think l will be having facials for a while’.

The wax room was a bit untidy and bit claustrophobic . Think a bit costly at the moment considering what everyone is experiencing economically.
