Hi there! I have been coming to beauty on rose for about 20 years now. I’ve actually never filled in the feedback form, but I thought I would today. I came in for a lash lift and tint today. I love the head massage that comes with it (as I’m a cancer recovery patient and it helps with hair growth). I was very confused today as it only went for about one minute. All the other times I’ve had this same service, it’s been a lot longer. I walked out feeling disappointed as I’d paid good money today.

I had to leave midway through my pedicure after the only other customer was taking her 4th phone call on speakerphone. It was extremly disruptive and I could not even finish my treatment. I am also upset that no staff member asked her to keep the noise down or put her phone on silent. I was also not told that I would be recieving my treatment from a different therapist - when i specifically booked with Chanel.

Hand manicure I had only went for just on 40 minutes Not a great manicure , didn’t clean under my nails very inexperienced filling . No hand massage The 1.5 hr relax massage I had was average , asked for a little firmer but she struggled and it wasn’t consistent pressure whether firm or soft . The massage was very lucky to be 1.5hrs

I came in for a pregnancy massage and had to finish early because I got so hot, dizzy and thought I was going to faint. The massage therapist was lovely and kept checking that I was pk. She kept modifying things to try and keep me comfortable but you really need an air conditioned room for pregnant women in summer. There was no air flow, air con/fan and being covered in towels with an electric blanket on made me overheat and feel unwell very quickly. This could be easily avoided by having a split system and different set up for pregnancy massages in the salon to avoid this when we already run hot when pregnant.

Usually really good experience at Beauty on Rose but found today’s therapist really unapproachable and difficult to discuss my concerns with prior to treatment.
