I had the island Ritual treatment for the 2nd time 1st time in 2023. They have obviously changed the products that they use because 1st time it was a coconut body butter which left my skin feeling beautiful & smooth & smelt warm & relaxing while I had my massage & wrap. This time they used coconut oil & it felt & smelt a bit like deep heat & left the body feeling cold & oily. I did let reception know so hopefully it will get passed onto management.

I had a pedicure the treatment itself was great as usual, the technician was also great as usual HOWEVER I was left in the treatment room waiting for someone to take off the parrafin wax for more than 20 minutes which was not great. I know this was a mistake but I guess someone at reception should have realised that I had not left and not paid. My appointment was at 11.10 and I did not leave the salon until 1pm.

I am a return customer, the treatment rooms they are not as clean as what I have expected them to be, they should be pristine - I look for hygiene and its why I have chosen your business - the treatments are very good the service is great the staff are friendly, but the rooms need to be at a better standard. Also the use of the paper on the treatment tables makes the experience negative to be honest, there must be a better alternative to sitting on butcher paper on a slippery treatment table - its a safety hazard as well. You have a great business, but there needs to be a review. Its a minor tweak; to a fabulous business in my view.

Had an amazing facial and pedicure - wonderful therapist who was skilled and engaging. However, my relaxation massage was disappointing. That particular therapist didn't seem very practiced and as a result the experience was pretty clunky and underwhelming.

I had a full leg wax and g -string bikini wax. After the therapist had left the room on a quick check I asked to her tom come back and touch up some patches between my legs. She was very polite and efficient.
