Unfortunately I did not have the best experience at beauty on rose. I spent quite a large amount of money on a specific facial to then receive a completely different one during the treatment. The therapist treating me seemed very inexperienced and did not offer any after care advice or what to expect during my treatment. I even had to correct her on which facial I was booked in for. When she said the treatment was finished I was confused and asked what about everything else that was meant to be included in the facial. She then told me she changed it because my skin was not suitable. This was not mentioned to me that she would be changing the facial and I was then dismissed with a quick “sorry” as she left the room. I then went back to reception to let them know what happened as I did not get the treatment I paid for and they were quick to also dismiss and said “next time tell them you don’t want the treatment customised.” I was shocked. I would assume I pay for a treatment and get exactly what I pay for, unless discussed otherwise. I then asked what treatment did I receive, as I didn’t get anywhere near what I paid for. She then said “no it’s the same treatment.” The treatment was rushed, with constant breaks in between. Instead of feeling relaxed during a facial, I felt uncomfortable questioning what she was doing the whole time. I had been friendly throughout the whole process and was genuinely disappointed with the treatment to then raise concern. The way the situation was then handled by reception staff after it, I felt completely ripped off, lied to and treated like I didn’t know anything. I was looking forward to this treatment but sadly left with such disappointment. My skin is also the exact same with no improvement whatsoever. I definitely would not recommend this place.
