Luxurious experience! However, I paid 50 minutes and it ended early with 40-45 minutes. Besides the timing, it was not worth the money because the treatment was more of a scalp massage than facial. The jade roller was only for 2-5 minutes. She also spent more time to wrap my hair and just leave the mask on my face, or prepare for her next step. I believe she took off my hair wrap thinking the facial was over, realised there was some time left, and put it back on and used the rest of the time to scalp massage. Meaning 30-50% of the time was a true facial making it feel very short and not professional. I didn’t really feel hydrated afterwards either. Maybe I chose the wrong treatment routine, but I will not be coming back.

After checking in I waited 23 minutes before asking someone if they has forgotten about me. I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't of asked. The lady then went and checked and a few minutes I received my treatment. They acknowledged the error after wards and provided a discount which was good.

I have to say that I am very disappointed with the service. I booked for a deluxe Rose manicure and paid $120.00 for a deluxe rose manicure but only got a manicure . There was no therapeutic treatment, no hand exfoliation, no cream massaged into my skin and definitely no paraffin infusion to hydrate and repair my hands. This was very disappointing. I didn’t want to create a fuss at the salon but when I came home and checked the advertisement online, it was very evident I had paid for a service( product) I did not receive. Very disappointed indeed. I was looking forward to the therapy more than the manicure or shellac. Also, whilst the manicure instruments came out of a fresh sealed bag, the emery board and cuticle stick had been used previously. At $120.00 I expect clean instruments; a fresh emery board and cuticle stick. A very disappointing experience!

The staff were friendly however neither staff members preformed a quality job my browns are odd shaped and I was left with wax in my hair. Followed by the worst bikini wax of my life!!!, bruising and wax left all over and no after wax care was applied. I was pointed to a bottle of aloe vera if I needed it. This is the 3rd bad experiance I have had and will not return.

I was really disappointed with the amount spent and the service received. I advised the beautician at the front desk that I was not happy as after the heelaluia pedicure that I still had a corn on my toe and asked whether it was common to have to wipe off your own paraffin wax. My beautician put my feet into boiling hot wax, whereas the beautician that did my wife's pedicure waited for it to cool and then asked her whether the temperature was ok. My wax was on for a few minutes and then taken off and the. The beautician left and never came back. I had asked at the start of the appointment if I needed to roll up my jeans more and was told no, I ended up with wax all over the bottom of my jeans. I am also not happy with the paint job on my toes. When giving this feedback at the front desk the beautician that was serving me (not the one that did my pedicure) said that the head trainer would give me a call about my feedback. It has been 6 days and I have not heard anything and leave for Europe tomorrow.
