I have just paid $130.00 for a manicure and whilst the manicure was quite good I was not happy with the nail polish. I chose to have just nail polish (not shellach) and after the consultant applied the polish she told me to wait ten minutes for it to dry. I did this, in fact I waited for 18 minutes to make sure and have since discovered that some of nails were not dry. I am definitely disappointed with the outcome.

Please note this review is based off the service I received from Tahana for the full arm wax . The professional which did my leg wax was excellent in every way . During my arm wax the wax was not coming off . When I asked her why that might be she advised because she had put it on too thick . As a result I have bruising on three different parts of my arms as well as hair where the wax never came off . I thought perhaps she may be new to the industry however she advised she had been in the industry for years and at beauty on rose for 2months . This is not the type of service or experience I’m used to experiencing at Beauty on Rose . It’s the first time I’ve been disappointed.

The room for the massage and my feet treatment was very cold and generally I do not feel the cold Massage was very good I would not have the feet treatment again / not value for money or enjoyable at all and I was expecting slot more than what I got No massage at all of the feet or chins/calves Feet soak very short , was expecting more

Although the lady who performed the service was polite and friendly, I don’t feel the money I spent on the facial $179 was value for money. It was a basic facial and I I wasn’t given the full 50 minutes of treatment. Approx 10 minutes was spent discussing the treatment with 40 or so minutes of actual treatment. There was no discussion regarding the extractions performed or aftercare and I had to ask if they were successfully removed. Only then was I told that some could not be removed.and that a cream sold at the salon might help. Had I not asked, I feel there would have been no feedback given about the success of the extractions.
