This is the second time I have come in for eyebrow wax and not happy with outcome Still untidy with lots of stray hair. Needed to pluck when I got home.

There was a raised bump in my shellac. I mentioned this after the first coat which is when it could have been re-filed that there appeared to be an issue and the beautician advised that because I hadn’t booked a soak off she wouldn’t have time to fix it. She went on to tell me that a longer appointment would allow adequate time to push the cuticles back etc. to which I explained that the bump was not related to not booking a soak off or cuticles but rather related to not filing properly or the product being applied in a way that was a bubble. At the conclusion of the appointment she went away and then came back to say she has rearranged things and was able to re-do that nail. Unfortunately I did not have time to re do 3 coats of shellac as I had school pick up. This could have been rectified very early on in the piece and rather than re doing 3 coats one coat could have been re-done. It seems like the beauticians are more focussed on time rather than servicing their clients.

The therapist I had was lovely but the bikini wax was so hot it burnt me. Twice. That's never happened before so not sure ill be asking for that therapist again.

I’m quite disappointed with the quality of Deluxe Rose Manicure. After only 4 days all my nails are brittle and the Vinyluxe polish is chipping. As a regular client, I’m really disappointed that this signature treatment has not offered the hydrating solution I was promised and the polish quality is really low grade. I feel like I’ve had better lasting results when I’ve gone the DIY option, or even at the cheaper salons I hate to say. The Vinyluxe formula is said to have a built in base coat and a longer wearing life but this has not been the case on the two occasions I’ve had it applied. Disappointing when this is marketed as their high end mani with a durable product. Unless you’re having shellac applied I would say give this one a miss. Not worth the price tag sadly.

My husband and I booked in for 2 x 90 de-stress massages which had to be cancelled and rebooked due to covid staffing issues (completely understandable), however when we arrived to our new appointment the lady we spoke to origibly only rebooked us for a 60 minute treatment. They kindly offered a 15% discount due to the error which we accepted. Before booking the massage my husband mentioned that we require a therapist who can deliver a deep pressure massage, what we received was quite a light pressured massage with basically no time spent in the areas of concern. Neither of our necks were barely touched, not one knot was kneaded. We paid good money and walked out feeling the exact same. Quite disappointed. We will not be returning customers. bsolutely beautiful building and treatment rooms, staff were also very attentive.
