Hello, Your beauticians are wonderful, the place is lovely, but I am seriously rethinking attending here because of your attachment to the defy range of product. It’s way too expensive for what it is! I have bought them in the past and they don’t last long enough to justify spending hundreds of dollars on them. Some suggestions from me: Include the price of the products when talking about them. Let clients know you can recommend other products, if they don’t want to spend that much I was happy to buy something but I walked out with nothing because I was shocked at the (on sale!) price of $175 for a 15ml serum. My beautician was amazing though. Very lovely. But I feel upset and unsure about her recommended treatment plan because of the cost of the recommended products.
