My clinician today was very thorough ensuring everything was done perfectly. Such a caring soul checking in with water needs, pain levels and providing restroom breaks. My only suggestion is to consider the temperature in rooms, the first room was really hot and the second was quite cold. I know that both treatments were in temporary rooms due to renovations though so understandable it was a different experience. I also think it would be good for clinicians to speak though what they are doing especially with treatments customers are not as familiar with (ie. lash lift and tint for me). I would have liked to know what they were doing although perhaps this is more of a personalised preference and could simply be an option discussed at the beginning rather than routine. The silence in the room with no music was awkward.
