The masseus did not enquire about my preferred massage pressure prior to my 60min massage. Nor did she ask how I was enjoying it during the massage, instead approximately 10 minutes in I asked for the pressure to be firm. She complied, however after about 2minutes resumed her light as a feather touch. I felt frustrated during the massage as in the form I had filled out I was there to treat an issue. Being my lower back, hips, neck and shoulders. I did not feel that these areas were addressed and will not be returning, this was a waste of my time and I am frustrated to have spent the hour getting that type of treatment. One of the worst massages I have had.

I had $180 gift voucher and I was suggested to add on a peel. I agree that I would pay the extra for a peel when I asked for extraction and none where done. I felt nothing from the peel, not even a tiny sting. Total cost $214. I was in and out within an hour. When I left the building and walked towards my car I was touching my face I felt white fragments mall over my face. The reflection on my car window showed white products fragments product that had not been clearly taken off. I walked back with disappointed, and reception was apologetic as should see that was not done well. Firstly I am disappointed that this was done within 40 - 50 minutes. I didn't even feel I had mask on but apparently I did when I asked the the beautician. If I had a mask it didn't even stay on for a minute. Over price and certainty not value for money and left with white products fragments on my face. Not Happy. I rather a $80 facial elsewhere where I receive 1.5h treatment and come out glowing.

I was very disappointed with my recent visit. My beauty therapist kept me waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment time to begin. I was told my service would not be cut short, however the team were cleaning the room around me before my appointment had finished and the music had been turned off with at least 10 minutes left of my treatment time. I had helped out and paid before my treatment so was not offered a discount or anything. For the price I paid I was really upset with the service I received. The treatment itself was fine, but I did not appreciate being kept waiting or having my treatment interrupted by the team cleaning around me. I did pass on my feedback to my beauty therapist upon leaving, and she said my feedback would be passed on - but I haven’t heard anything back.

I have been coming to BOR since it was on rose st. Normally I am really happy with the service but today was well below average and quite frankly disappointing. I arrived 10 min late but was not told that my foot scrub would not go ahead because of lateness. I was served by a very junior and inexperienced (trainee) therapist. She cut at least three of my toes with the nail file. Then was surprised I was bleeding asking ‘did you cut yourself?’ To which I replied ‘no - YOU just cut me with the nail file. And now the acetone is burning!’. This was my first try if the heel- Elujah pedi and I was expecting the gauze to be soaked (it was not). The shellac job was very average and then to finish the hit parrafin bag was very roughly handled and splattered all over me and the chair. This was is worth original price of $198 - I am a specialist and my hourly rate is less than this after 5 years in uni followed by 8 years of training and 5 years of PhD! I had a yr 12 student so this today. Also I would recommend not charging for shellac removal - most nail salons do not charge for removal if the client has it done at the same place.

The store is to cluttered. I was sitting down and constantly had to move my legs for people to walk past due to it being so over cluttered. Theirs is to mich in this store and has taken the class out of beauty on rose.
