My massage was finished 10 mins early because they thought I was running late, when I actually wasn’t. I showed my call at the gate to prove this. The girl on the front desk didn’t smile when I walked in. There were no clean towels to dry my hands after I used the bathroom. The toilets were dirty! Just a bad experience and I won’t be going back or would I recommend this place.

Had to wait 20 mins before appointment. It was the last appointment of the night. My eyebrows don’t look like has been waxed. I then had to remind the girl that I wanted them tinted she wasn’t aware of this, I had already paid at the counter. They look terrible. The girl was nice enough, but appeared rushed.

My partner bought this voucher for my birthday, it started with the float which I didn't like (just not for me) however I also had someone else's ear plug go floating past me along with little things floating in the water. This made me get out in 39 mins and have a shower, it wasn't clean and I don't believe the water had been changed. The full body massage was more like a rub down. The facial was actually very good and so was the pedicure with a glass of bubbly so that saved the experience for me. Until I get a phone call 2 days later asking me to pay $30 because they had to remove a small amount of shellac of my toes, literally I would of had no more than one toe nail of polished on my toes as I had them done last in May, never have I been asked to pay extra to have polished removed. My partner paid $395 for this voucher and they call me to pay another $30 unbelievable!! I am so disappointed in the service and the audacity to ask a client to pay this. ShMe on you, we paid alot of money for a good experience and your company destroyed that by asking for more and not cleaning the float was also terrible. Not luxury at all now it really just feels like a grab for cash!!

I have had my makeup done 2 or 3 times here and loved it I wasn’t overly happy this time with my experience My appointment was at 4:00 and my cousins was at 3:30 and she finsihed the same time as me I thought it was extremely rushed by only being in there for not even 40minutes and my cousin over an hour. I thought my lady wasn’t very chatty at all compared to the other lady and didn’t even give me any lipstick I had to use it at home. Generally all the girls are very chatty and friendly maybe it was just a once off but thought you should know

Please stop charging and having me pay prior to service complete as i booked and paid for a full all off bikini service but only had not even half hair removed.. .clearly overcharged. I nored this at counter on my way out bit was ignored everyone in a hurry to go home
