I get laser treatment on my neck, and have been a customer since you were in Rose street (easily 20 treatments over many years) but you lost my file with the laser settings. No need to contact me but please find my file for next time. Stephen Champness 0409 604108

Morning Beauty on Rose, Your staff products and services are amazing, but Saturday was one of the most disappointing experience i have ever had.....I had brought back a product that i had purchased pre covid and didn't work I had forgot about it as I had placed it in a draw, I found it and decided to bring it in to the salon and see if one of the girls could get it to work so I could finally use the product I had purchased. After my waxing I came out and asked the girls how they went, they apologized and said sorry we cant fix it I than asked can I get a replacement as its never work the person behind the counter said no as its to old.....I than asked to see the manager she came down and also said no we we will not replacement it and insisted I ring the manufacture. I asked if she could and she replied yes so now i"m waiting to her back from her hopefully Tuesday. Can I please finally say not at any stage did I won't my money back I just want a product that works and even though the signage has rubbed of and its a year old you can quite clearly see none of the product has been used because it doesn't work. Wow have the prices gone up?? I had 1/2 leg wax and a standard bikini wax and it cost $67 - was a bit of a shock! I called my friends to check what they paid and my friend went yesterday and had a full wax and cost her $57.

The young girl who looked after me was lovely. I only had a eyebrow wax and tint. I was the last appointment of the evening. whilst I understand I was in the "shared" room and the only client, someone came into the room during my appointment and banged doors, moved things around loudly and I can only assume was wiping down benches or mirrors whilst I was lying there. There was no attempt to be quiet. I thought is was unprofessional.
