The service was ok. I had some microdermabrasion, I have an uneven treatment. One side of my face was treated different to the other. I had infront of my right ear done but not the left, not under my chin and not even on my jaw line.During my shoulder massage it wasn't painful at the time but my god are my shoulders painful now. With my scalp massage I had my hair pulled to the point it hurt and have a headach. My scalp massage was also in the same spot not all over. e.I also dislike being pushed for products after treatment it just ruins the experience. I love this salon I have been coming here since it moved from Monnee Ponds. I ask politely to not be booked with the same beautician as it's not the first time I have been unsatisfied with service.

I always have a great experience but this time I think I had someone who was very inexperienced with waxing. Lots of waxing over the same spots, I left with lots of wax on my body and many areas that were missed of hairs broken but not taken out. This has never been my experience before with other beauticians at beauty on rose. The beautician also had a cold/runny nose which was a bit unnerving being locked in a small room. I hope I don’t get sick now.

Paris was lovely, very accomdating but she may perhaps be new. I still have dead shin on my heels, she was hesitant to file the nails and the polished wasn't applied that well. I just don't feel like it was worth $99 thats all. I expected a better result than what I usually pay $40 at Westfield. The atmosphere is relaxing though and a lovely salon.

Just had a quick pedicure and I found the atmosphere and service very good. The young lady that did my treatment was lovely. I was extremely disappointed to find out I was unable to use a 20% discount voucher (birthday offer) when paying with a gift card. I was not told why, just that it is policy. I would not be asking for or giving gifts cards in the future.

The therapist next to me have much more thorough advice and took more care in the treatment (pedicure). My therapist did not say or do half the amount of things the obviously more senior therapist gave. Nail polish application was poor, polish was on skin of some toes. I had to reapply one toe as it had been 30mins and was not dry so I fixed one toe myself.

I was very surprised by the price for my treatment. $120 was so expensive, I had my shelac removed, my nails filed and cuticles cut and new shelac put on. I was so shocked at the price, I admit I did not look at the price when I booked. But never dreamed it would be that expensive, sorry I love going to beauty and rose and but I will never to this service again. Thanks Vivian
