The experience was lovely The receptionist offered me a coffee while l waited, but that never came…never mind she forgot But when l went to pay l was told l could not use my gift card Due to a special offer…..l am applaud The gift was paid using money so therefore should be used in your store I didn’t receive all parts to the treatment because l am undergoing cancer treatment and l didn’t Query that I had to pay, and now l have a gift card which l need to use But l will NOT be returning after l use it Very dissatisfied

The room was very cold The therapist did not work on the area I requested (left shoulder) I could feel the therapists nails during the massage

I was disappointed with the henna brow tint because the shape was not precise and even. My eyebrows are tattooed so the job was not that difficult to simply follow the existing tattoo line. The salon is lovely but I don't think the girl who did my brows was very experienced, I expected my brows to look perfect instead I went home and washed off as much as I could. I usually tint my own brows but thought I would give myself a treat, honestly I do a better job myself.

It might be a nice gesture that when clients are waiting, offer some water at least. Also, when client can’t hear the time you have available due to your NZ accent, don’t repeat it in a condescending way. Not good customer service.

I came in for a massage with Killey. She was lovely and well mannered however she did not listen to my concern. I stressed afew times that my neck,shoulders and back were very tense and knotted. She spent most of the time on my legs and arms which actually needed no treatment at all. I left in the same condition and the next day I still had the same tension. I have had many massages at beauty on rose and they have all been excellent. The girls usually tell me that they will concentrate mostly on my back and shoulders as they are attentive to the reason that I come in for. My feed back is for constructive reasons only. Killey was professional on other levels such as making me feel comfortable and generally being nice. Regards Chris ArvanitIs
