Hi Team Close to 2hrs to remove shellac from hands and toes Was a little too long. Team member needs further training, not enough cotton wool and acetone applied Hence the time, had to file shellac off. Cost a little expensive for not so experienced staff Thank You

My daughter booked and paid for the pedicure for herself and her bridesmaids snd I feel it would have been nice to get some recognition with a bottle of champagne to share with the girls. And make it feel more special rather than a glass of water or tea. Just a small token especially when we spend so much money at Beauty on Rose. My daughter and I have been coming here for many years.

I usually love beauty on rose however I felt my experience today getting my eyebrows wax was not value for my money. There are still a few big hairs left (only noticed when I got home). Felt it was very quick and not a thorough job for $22. I do also think it is a bit extreme that an eyebrow tidy up is $22 as this is very expensive for such a quick simple service.

My husband and I booked in for 2 x 90 de-stress massages which had to be cancelled and rebooked due to covid staffing issues (completely understandable), however when we arrived to our new appointment the lady we spoke to origibly only rebooked us for a 60 minute treatment. They kindly offered a 15% discount due to the error which we accepted. Before booking the massage my husband mentioned that we require a therapist who can deliver a deep pressure massage, what we received was quite a light pressured massage with basically no time spent in the areas of concern. Neither of our necks were barely touched, not one knot was kneaded. We paid good money and walked out feeling the exact same. Quite disappointed. We will not be returning customers. bsolutely beautiful building and treatment rooms, staff were also very attentive.
