I was asked to come in 20 minutes early and I still ended up waiting 10 minutes. Before I've been asked if I wanted a drink and the girls have a chat. Now it feels impersonal. The eyebrow tidy was changed to an eyebrow sculpt but that request wasn't put through the chain of communication so I ended up having an eyebrow tidy where my eyebrows ended up uneven and one much shorter than the other (which luckily others don't notice but I notice). I dont think it was entirely the beautician's fault. I think the room is too small to be able to do an accurate job. However I do think she rushed a little; she tried to pull the wax off while it was still wet on my bikini line. Every time I've had my underarms waxed, the beautician pulled out the stragglers with tweezers. Because she didn't do that, I spent 20 minutes in my bathroom doing it myself. At the time I was content because she was very good at chatting and made me feel comfortable but at the end of the day I wasn't happy with the job. Also there are heaps of stragglers on my bikini line. I dont appreciate the lack of attention to detail. But the lash tint went well and happy with my lashes. What you guys are good at is making people feel relaxed during massages and other relaxing treatments. I've been going to you for 2 years for that. I just want to make it clear that I liked my beautician but she might need more training and beauty on rose seems impersonal now. I booked quite a while in advance and I chatted to 3 separate people with regard to my booking and when I showed up the girl behind the counter told me that "insert name here" will be with me in just a minute, and I ended up having another beautician so just shows a bit of a lack of professionalism. Like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. I was planning on getting everything done with you guys for my wedding but I've had to reasses that decision.

Had Peel and Glow treat yesterday. Lady was nice, explained every step. But did just face only, and that too I felt not done with proper coverage. Didn’t touch neck at all and face and neck should blend in to give a proper facial. And No Neck shoulder massage was done (as mentioned on your website and have received with previous visits) was completely missing. I found over as I was the last customer I was just brushed through. I hope my feedback would help to improve the consistency in your service for next time.

I have had over twenty heelalujah’s and never had a complaint but this person must have been new. The experience was not relaxing or pleasant. Cut lots of corners would suggest retraining. I never have had anything but a good experience. She was nice and professional just a bit rough and seemed focused on completing the task as opposed to making it enjoyable,

Treatment was not quite an hour. I was asked to wait in corridor between sauna and facial. Then asked to wait in nice waiting area. Lady came to ask my nameehen she came back second time to check my next appointmen. Whenpaying lady saidit was 8 minutes I had waited with certainty. I can’t accept this was correct as I had checked clock-during treatment.

For price I paid I felt my beauty therapist was quite inexperienced which really impacted my session. I told my therapist I was trying to conceive- to which she replied I don’t really know what to do. Which worried me. I asked for a firm massage when asked. I received a very light massage. I understand everyone needs to learn but I think it’s probably not best learning when performing a more in-depth treatment. On that note, my therapists manner and kindness was absolutely divine. She was very thoughtful. It’s not been easy leaving the above feedback, it’s more a note to management to take more care - train your staff etc.

Some hair was left on my face after facial waxing. I think the lights need to be brighter in the treatment rooms as this is a common occurrence and an inconvenience to come back to get it removed properly.
