Received shellac manicure however am extremely disappointed that some of the nail polish has rubbed off within 10 mins of leaving the place. Went back however it was closed. Expected to last a lot longer especially given the price. I won’t be back.

Pregnancy massage / facial package was definitely not worth $370. Whilst relaxing it was extremely repetitive. Also pregnancy massages should be done by a senior member of staff especially in third trimester. Facial was average, felt like for the price I got a good cleanse and exfoliating but nothing much more.

I paid $115 for a lash lift and tint to walk out and not see a difference. Will not be coming back

The massage started off good with firm pressure, however then was disappointing. There was no flow to what the usual order of the massage is, as i used to work as a massage therapist I noticed everything, it went front of one leg to arm to neck to leg and I was left uncovered so felt cold, no proper instructions when turning over where to put my head so i was left in an awkward position, the hot towel on the back was cold, then the therapist left the room for a while sounded like to get a chair , then I didn’t realise massage was over, she just said how you feeling and turned lights up bright. Not very relaxing which was a shame as I was looking forward to having a birthday treat. Not an experience I’ve had here before which is a letdown.

I’ve had many beautiful and relaxing massages here but unfortunately yesterdays wasn’t the same. For some reason after my back, a cold towel was left on me? I’m Not sure why this happened but I had to ask to have it removed after I realise it the therapist had moved on to my legs. Sadly I then felt cold for the rest of the massage.

I booked in for the deluxe manicure and when I showed up for my appointment they said it wasn’t booked in the computer system. We checked that I had called the correct place and I had, they didn’t know why the appointment hadn’t gone through. So they told me they could put me on a cancellation list which I accepted. The person at reception also indicated that she would put a note on my account for a discount when I returned. I was called back in an hour to come back as they found an appointment time for me. I was pleased as I had taken a day off work for a bit of self cafe. When I returned, I paid up front for the service but they didn’t seem to have the note as promised about a discount. I was beginning to get annoyed at the lack of ability to record the information that is being communicated. The person I dealt with went to check with someone else and offered 10% discount. I went through for my nail service and met my beautician who was very friendly and lovely but who clearly lacked skills in nail therapy. She didn’t fully clean up my cuticles and when she started painting she had a lot of trouble doing an even coat. She seemed inexperienced and she even commented that she was a “a messy painter” which I clearly observed. Although a lovely and pleasant beautician to interact with, I felt she was not well skilled to do manicures. In the photo you can see the end result with the paint bleeding into my nail bed looking a bit shabby and similar to a home job. Overall I was disappointed with my experience and end result.
