My pedicure was not amazing. My heels are still cracked and dry and the polish had to be reapplied at home. The paraffin wrap was lovely but overall for $100 I would expect my feet to be perfect. I wouldn’t come back for a pedicure

Not happy with the tan provided. I specifically asked for a light tan as I am quite fair. Instead, I now have a dark and uneven tan a day later, especially on my hands. I did say that this was a trial for my wedding, but I won’t be going back as I don’t feel as if I was listened to when asked how dark I wanted my tan.

Unfortunately my beauty service was a little disappointing today. I had a 60 minute pregnancy massage which I was super excited for. The girl was lovely but unfortunately I don’t think the training is up to scratch. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and was asked to lay flat on my back. When I told the therapist unfortunately your not allowed to, I think she then didn’t really know what to do for the remaining 30 mins of my massage. The room was also silent with no music which is really bizarre for a luxury spa. I would say over all it definitely wasn’t the relaxing massage I was hoping for and not worth $135.00. I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of the treatment because I have had some fabulous massages previously at this spa and would like to come back again. So much potential but I think maybe the training is lacking.
