Pretty disappointed with the service received from the ladies at the front desk, they were quite rude. Also, you’re full using the same recliners that you’ve had for years, it maybe time to get them professionally cleaned, they looked very dirty. Also charging what you do, I would expect more than coconut oil to be used on my feet. I usually got to Miss nail bar at south Melbourne market and thought I’d give you guys a try being so close to home, the lady who did the service was lovely, however using non sterilised products is so old school. Time to step it up. Also, just a word of advice, please speak to all your staff (as I’m not willing to say who) about asking clients if they’re pregnant, or when their baby is due. It is the last thing they should be said to woman. I’m not pregnant. Thanks
