Pretty disappointed with the service received from the ladies at the front desk, they were quite rude. Also, you’re full using the same recliners that you’ve had for years, it maybe time to get them professionally cleaned, they looked very dirty. Also charging what you do, I would expect more than coconut oil to be used on my feet. I usually got to Miss nail bar at south Melbourne market and thought I’d give you guys a try being so close to home, the lady who did the service was lovely, however using non sterilised products is so old school. Time to step it up. Also, just a word of advice, please speak to all your staff (as I’m not willing to say who) about asking clients if they’re pregnant, or when their baby is due. It is the last thing they should be said to woman. I’m not pregnant. Thanks

I had a ‘lovely’ masseuse, but unfortunately, with only a few weeks training from your establishment, it was just not good enough for $130. This is a bed reflection on your management, not on the masseuse!

Worst facial I have experienced. You have a outstanding therapist which I have had before this experience. Total waste of my time and money.

The technician was cold and wasn’t friendly. I usually go to one particular technician. I’ll wait till she’s available next time. Also when I made the booking on the phone the girl wasn’t listening to my needs. She kept trying to make me book another time even though I knew the time was available on line. Very poor

Hi BOR, I made an appointment for a telephone consult for the Simply Sculpt service offered for 5pm on Tuesday 20 Feb. I received a text from Mina at 4.50pm on the day regarding rescheduling the the following afternoon. Unfortunately I had work the following day, but provided alternative times for later that day or before work the following day and received no response. I sent a follow up text at 3pm on Friday 23rd during my break, and have yet to receive a response. I have always loved your company and I am interested in the service, however am not feeling positive about the experience. I'm not sure if there's anyone else who can contact me about it, and if not that's ok, but I'm hoping to organise it sooner rather than later given it can take up to 12 weeks to see results, and am hoping to line it up with a function. Thank you in advance for your help.

Was disappointed with the quality of the service I received. My appointment was at 11:20 for a 40min facial. I walked in maybe 2mins late as it was hard to find a park, I was asked to sit and then was required to fill out a form. After a few mins I was taken through and explained my treatment and was to get myself ready in the room. I anticipate that the actual tratment didn’t begin until close to 11:30. I was surprised when the treatment concluded as it felt as though time had passed very quickly, when I began to get change and looked the the time it was 11:54am. That would mean that my service was only approx 20-25mins which is extremely disappointing to have booked in for a 40min treatment and didn’t get a service close to that full time. Definitely not value for money.
