I was pretty disappointed with the massage, it was supposed to address the areas I had put on the form, the room was cold and there were lots of noises from being made getting things out from the massage therapist. It seemed like a total rip off to be paying $190 an hour of interrupted peace. This was supposed to be a pregnancy message which I couldn’t use for two years and has taken me a long time to carve out time to get this done. And then to get there and no receive what I would have thought as an elevated experience seems strange to me. This is not to have a go at the therapist, she is doing her best I imagine she’s under a lot of pressure doing a range of therapies for people over the course of the day. Instead it’s disappointing that you don’t seem to see the value in your customers.

I am very unhappy with your decision to no longer offer shellac file and polish - I don’t want a manicure, I want a file and polish. I have been coming here for more than 10 years for my nails and I won’t be coming back

I spoke with the front desk following my appointment to provide some feedback. Whilst the therapist was a lovely person, the service was not to the standard or quality I have received previously. I was very unhappy with the overall experience ant the time and ended up with a sore neck and shoulders afterward.

I was really disappointed with the amount spent and the service received. I advised the beautician at the front desk that I was not happy as after the heelaluia pedicure that I still had a corn on my toe and asked whether it was common to have to wipe off your own paraffin wax. My beautician put my feet into boiling hot wax, whereas the beautician that did my wife's pedicure waited for it to cool and then asked her whether the temperature was ok. My wax was on for a few minutes and then taken off and the. The beautician left and never came back. I had asked at the start of the appointment if I needed to roll up my jeans more and was told no, I ended up with wax all over the bottom of my jeans. I am also not happy with the paint job on my toes. When giving this feedback at the front desk the beautician that was serving me (not the one that did my pedicure) said that the head trainer would give me a call about my feedback. It has been 6 days and I have not heard anything and leave for Europe tomorrow.

The staff were friendly however neither staff members preformed a quality job my browns are odd shaped and I was left with wax in my hair. Followed by the worst bikini wax of my life!!!, bruising and wax left all over and no after wax care was applied. I was pointed to a bottle of aloe vera if I needed it. This is the 3rd bad experiance I have had and will not return.
