Because I told the beautician I had never booked an eyebrow sculpt before and didn’t know how it differed from an eyebrow wax/tidy, I expected an explanation. At the time of booking I had been told the eyebrow sculpt took longer than a normal eyebrow shape. I expected a discussion with the beautician about what options there were for my eyebrows, perhaps be shown some images, or asked about my preferences, but nothing like that happened. I was really disappointed with the outcome. I mentioned a concern that there could possibly be more arching and the beautician did a further tiny action that made almost no difference. I felt that as she had made no effort at all to discuss the process or enquire about what I wanted, it made me just want to walk away quietly. I didn’t feel special and I don’t like how my eyebrows now look :(

The consultation was very quick and I ended up leaving not happy with the result. The beautician seemed to want to get the job done quickly and there was little care. I’m not happy with the final shape and will not be returning

I am very unhappy with your decision to no longer offer shellac file and polish - I don’t want a manicure, I want a file and polish. I have been coming here for more than 10 years for my nails and I won’t be coming back

I spoke with the front desk following my appointment to provide some feedback. Whilst the therapist was a lovely person, the service was not to the standard or quality I have received previously. I was very unhappy with the overall experience ant the time and ended up with a sore neck and shoulders afterward.

I was really disappointed with the amount spent and the service received. I advised the beautician at the front desk that I was not happy as after the heelaluia pedicure that I still had a corn on my toe and asked whether it was common to have to wipe off your own paraffin wax. My beautician put my feet into boiling hot wax, whereas the beautician that did my wife's pedicure waited for it to cool and then asked her whether the temperature was ok. My wax was on for a few minutes and then taken off and the. The beautician left and never came back. I had asked at the start of the appointment if I needed to roll up my jeans more and was told no, I ended up with wax all over the bottom of my jeans. I am also not happy with the paint job on my toes. When giving this feedback at the front desk the beautician that was serving me (not the one that did my pedicure) said that the head trainer would give me a call about my feedback. It has been 6 days and I have not heard anything and leave for Europe tomorrow.
