As usual, Cedar has exceeded my expectations. She is a such a wonderful human being who has her customer’s best interest at heart. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable with a lovely twist of warmth and kindness. The front staff at Beauty on Rose are also lovely and go out of their way to assist. The establishment is gorgeous - I could live there amongst all the beautiful products that are displayed so beautifully. Thank you Cedar and staff ❤️
