I have been visiting your salon for quite a few years now and have to congratulate you on the customer service that I have received. The experience one experiences from start to finish is just wonderful. The girls are polite, keen to help and knowledgeable about services and products. They work as a team. It is one of the few places that has actually been consistent with their focus on customer service. Well done on keeping everyone informed of current services and products. I look forward to every visit as I know I will be always treated well, I enjoy chatting and laughing with girls. I always leave relaxed. I have seen Berfin for years, she is very accommodating and never ceases to impress me with her kindness and care.
