While everything was lovely, the sound system In the room we were in continued to cut in and out for at least the first half hour - when it was on it was way to loud and some of the “music” sounded a lot like an aircraft engine - not conducive to relaxation. I didn’t mention it but hope that this is looked in to as it really was very off putting. Staff were excellent though and had a brilliant massage.
