Joanne provided an exceptional service and professional advice. Recently when I called the receptionist I was greeted with a machine. I was disappointed as a machine doesn’t provide the same service a human being does. I needed advice on a facial so I hung up and waited until I came into the salon. I have always valued the friendly advice and service of the reception staff: I have to say that if I didn’t have Joanne looking after me I would take my service elsewhere. After all your prices are high compared to what else is available. As part of your service did entail human receptionist that provides advice, that is no longer available I’ll have to consider my options.
