Your new automated service takes way too Long and is very frustrating I’ve hung up several times now. Also your pricing is getting more and more expensive but the service is staying the same.

After losing my beautiful mum 3 weeks ago, I desperately needed a little peace, and I found it at Beauty on Rose in Essendon. From the moment I arrived, every member of the team treated me with kindness, warmth and professionalism. There was a small issue with parking at the beginning of my visit, but it was handled promptly, respectfully and with genuine care, setting the tone for the experience that followed. I was fortunate enough to have Nikki as my therapist, and I simply cannot thank her enough. I experienced a full body massage, facial and red light therapy, but what Nikki gave me went far beyond any treatment. She provided a space where I could simply breathe, rest and begin to heal, if only for a little while. When Nikki learned that my beautiful mum had passed away just three weeks earlier, the compassion and grace with which she composed herself touched me deeply. She treated me with such gentleness, empathy and dignity that I felt truly cared for. It was more than exceptional customer service, it was genuine human kindness at a time when I needed it most. Thank you, Nikki, for your professionalism, your beautiful heart and the comfort you gave me. It is something I will never forget. I also extend my sincere thanks to the entire team at Beauty on Rose, Essendon for creating such a welcoming and caring environment.I would highly recommend Beauty on Rose, Essendon to anyone looking not only for exceptional treatments, but for people who truly care about their clients. Beauty on Rose is a luxury experience - from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. My beauticians were both amazing, treatments were well explained and exceeded expectation.
