Very professional and the consultation was honest and excellent. The only thing was the layout is all squished together so it's a bit hectic - everything feels on top of each other and there is not much room for the hairdressers to move - that's just a design issue. I will book at a quieter time next time. Also, my stylist disappeared to look and respond to their mobile twice leaving me hanging - I think if you need to deal with your phone messages in the middle of a cut, it would have been better it's not right in front of the client. Otherwise really friendly and lovely salon and realistic expectations managed.
