I have been 3 times over the past 9 months or, so and have been really happy with each and every visit. It’s a casual, down to earth experience, yet the attention to detail, attentiveness and kindness across all staff members is excellent. I was over the moon with my cut and colour by Jen today. I’ve definitely found my spot. Just a tiny note- if you’re new to the salon— be aware that the Johnston St parking heading East is a tow area after 4pm. I was in a disabled bay so thought it didnt apply on my first visit, so it was an extra expensive outing collecting my car from the compound and the taxi fares, but lesson learnt. Read the signs carefully. Cannot fault the salon though. Thanks to a fantastic team :) Sara P.

Richard is such a magician! My hair has never looked or felt better. He knows exactly what I like and always has creative suggestions and ways of achieving what I want. I love my salon visits due to the beautiful environment, lovely conversation and general care given. It is on the pricier side but that’s because it’s the best salon in Melbourne! Worth every cent.
