Ivy had such a wonderful experience. She came in feeling very self-conscious about her hair after experiencing a lot of breakage from years of straightening. She was really worried she’d have to cut most of it off, but instead she was given so much helpful advice before her appointment about how to improve the health of her hair while keeping as much length as possible. She had a trim and the Aura Express Treatment, and the difference was incredible. Her hair feels so much healthier, softer and looks beautiful. More importantly, she walked out feeling so much more confident than when she walked in. Thank you for being so kind, patient and honest with her. You made her feel comfortable from the moment she arrived, and she’s so excited to keep following your advice to get her hair back to its healthiest. We couldn’t recommend you more highly!

I had such a lovely experience from start to finish. I was really worried about the condition of my hair after it was damaged by a chemical straightening treatment. It had become dry, the ends felt brittle, and I was hoping to improve its health without losing too much length. The team were incredibly accommodating and managed to fit me in at short notice, which I really appreciated. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and I was lucky enough to have Richard, the owner, looking after me. We had such a great conversation about cats and books that I felt completely relaxed throughout my appointment. I had a trim and the Aura Express Treatment, and I honestly couldn’t believe the difference. My hair felt so much softer, healthier and smoother, and the shine was incredible. I walked out absolutely loving how my hair looked and felt—it was like it had been brought back to life. Thank you for making me feel so well looked after and for giving my hair exactly what it needed. I’ll definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone wanting to restore the health of their hair.
