Jenavieve was brilliant in piecing together what I wanted without me having the best knowledge of how to articulate it. She made it clear, asked the right questions, and took the time to understand my lifestyle and what could be achieved during my visit. I felt very comfortable quickly because of her confidence. Her experience then shon through with the final result that I absolutely love, and it was worth every cent. This was by far the best hair experience I've had.
