I was happy my appointment was not cancelled,however a courtesy would have been to inform me on arrival that the stylist I booked with was not doing my hair that day.First I knew about it was when someone I didn’t know started doing my hair.Happy enough with result,but ? what was name of that stylist.

Hi there! I love the service I just would like to be serviced by the same person the whole time, I have very long hair and it's hard to dry to it's hard to explain to each person especially when it's obvious that they're new/not ass experienced. Today was particularly bad as my hair kept getting knotted while she was trying to dry it which doesn't normally happen. Just smth to note!! Other than that it's a lovely salon

The professional who cut my hair was very courteous and did a great job. The people who Colored my hair and washed it also did a great job. The problem was the time it took due to the professional being over booked and he was attending to 3 People at the same time which I think is something that the salon needs to improve on. It’s not a great experience. The hair cut which would have taken 1 hour took over 2 hours. That’s valuable time of the cline wasted.

First time Cutting my hair really short. The guy did make me a little nurvois as he had trouble blending the layers in. My mum's hair hairdresser by trade and was not impressed as it's not blended very well at all you can see my layers are chopd scared to come back in as I don't want to go shorter to fix it.

Always happy with the cut and treatment but this time, no head massage during the wash and I spent more time sitting waiting around than I did being attended to. Seriously, well over two hours for a treatment, cut and blow dry. I was there 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and wasn’t seen until 25 minutes after my appointment time. Then paid $240 for the ‘service’. Will reconsider if this happens again,

It was my first time at the salon. I was referred to the salon by my partner who had visited there on a few occasions in the past. The overall experience was positive with a great energy throughout the salon. My appointment was delayed however I appreciate this can be unforeseen and it was quickly rectified by a complimentary conditioning treatment. My actual hairdresser was lovely and styled my hair just as I had hoped. I will be going there again.
