I’m really unhappy with my recent haircut. I had clearly mentioned that I wanted to keep my hair long enough to tie, but it was cut much shorter than I expected. During the haircut, I didn’t feel like I had the chance to say I wanted to keep more length. I was only asked if I wanted it even shorter or if I was happy with the current length, but by then it already felt too short, and there was no option to go back. I wish there had been better communication and a chance to check the length before cutting more. This experience was disappointing, especially as I’ve been coming to this salon for a long time.

I had the best experience at Salon Vogue today. I came in with a picture I had shown Bella last time, and before the appointment she had already guided me through what to do to prep my hair, including using a cleansing shampoo and light conditioner. She walked me through everything so clearly and made me feel completely comfortable. Bella is honestly amazing. She is so calm, patient and precise with the way she does hair. She never rushes and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting things perfect. I always feel like I’m in good hands with her. She also remembers the little things about her clients, which makes the whole experience feel so personal. Such a beautiful, welcoming salon and I always leave feeling looked after.
