Hi there! I love the service I just would like to be serviced by the same person the whole time, I have very long hair and it's hard to dry to it's hard to explain to each person especially when it's obvious that they're new/not ass experienced. Today was particularly bad as my hair kept getting knotted while she was trying to dry it which doesn't normally happen. Just smth to note!! Other than that it's a lovely salon

A fabulous experience ar Salon Vogue. Very warm welcome and guidance from the moment I walked in and was greeted at the front desk. Beautiful coffee and a hairstylist who knew her craft, consulted with me to truly understand what I wanted to achieve and then absolutely nailed it. The massage chairs at the basin was a pleasant surprise. My stylist was able to work within my budget and achieve the exact look I was aiming for. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately I had a very awful service yesterday. Probably the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I wanted a couple of inches off to make my lob a bob again. I wanted it shoulder length. I don’t know how this even happened but it turned out chin length. It’s awful. Yes, it is too short but it is also just a really poor cut. Not even and choppy. I also asked for curtain bangs. I showed her a picture. They have been absolutely butchered. I will need to wear by hair tired up for months with bobby pins until it grows out. I was feel a bit down about myself before walking in and thought a fresh haircut would help. Very wrong. Appreciate the management teams support but I just don’t know how this could have gone so wrong? Was she new? Still an apprentice or just didn’t care. Anyway pic of the final product from when I woke up this morning so everyone can have a good laugh.
