I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I had to warn other people about my experience at Vogue Salon in Werribee. I telephoned the salon and explained that I had not so long ago undergone health treatment that resulted in my full hair loss. I had managed to grow it back after two years and had a full shoulder length of hair. After speaking with the girl on the phone she recommended a hairdresser. I went in and explained my hair the (fine and very slow growing). I provided photos of what I wanted (curtain bangs and a very fine fringe to frame my face). The first photo is my inspiration photos, the third - the horrifying results. Last photo my hair when I went in. It has been hacked to death. This will take me at least 1.5 years to grow out. Beware!! My hair (upon reflection) looked great - I should have never stepped into that salon.

I went with my daughter today for a braid and bun for a competition, when she left she was in tears. The braid was not a braid I can do a better job and believe me I am not good . It was messy I had to fix the mess . She was not happy and me either I paid 95 for this

I am mortified by the haircut I was charged $100 for that looks nothing at all what we discussed and It’s uneven and just looks like it’s been hacked at. Last time I loved the haircut I received but unfortunately that hairdresser had a baby. I won’t be coming back as this is the worst haircut I’ve ever had.

While booking the appointment I had requested time for a cut and hair do. I was booked with someone I dont want to name who said she does cuts alone but doesnt do hair dos. So another staff member comes and starts to help with hair do and leaves the styling for someone who I originally was booked with. That person messed up the hair do and then it took 4 of them and loads of unnecessary product to achieve a high pony in two hours. It comes as no surprise that hairdresser forget the difference between hair on a menniquin on human. When you are told “your scalp is too sensitive” as to without acknowledging that all the poking and prodding would not have been required if they fix their mistakes by removing off the old product. Apparently it is too hard for a hairdresser to know that you cant change and redo hair once hair spray us on. My appointment was at 8 and i left at 10. Could not be bothered to tell them about my experience in person as gaslighting was immaculate regardless. Just writing this review to help someone who might be relying on them for a last minute event. Dont know about their skills cuts and styles but not keen on trying after this encounter.
