Staff were lovely, but spray tan didn’t darken even after leaving it for 6 hours before washing it off.

I made an appointment for a brow wax and I have burnt, sore, stinging area on my right eyelid. The therapist waxed the tops of my eyebrows without asking me as well.

Beautiful staff but worse salon tan i have ever had. Its extremely patchy in arms and legs with large noticeable streaks. I take some responsibility for perhaps clothing rubbing but surely not that much and i was trying to be very careful.

Ella is fabulous, she makes the experience warm and comfortable and has a very easy and polite way of working which makes it a great overall experience.

lash lift was dodgy, a few lashes were missed on each eye and my bottom lashes weren’t protected so now are messy and sticking up. brow wax left rash on my face for a few days after. was given no aftercare instructions for either procedure.

I’ve been coming to Ella Bache for many years now and this particular appointment i didn’t receive the best service or quality job I am used to receiving. I have always recommended Ella Bache and will continue to do so however I will not recommend the lady I had for my appointment. She was rude and didn’t do a great job as I still had to pluck out more hairs that should have been done already because that’s what I paid for. I didn’t pay for a half hearted job. I feel the lady rush so her ‘friends’ who booked in after me didn’t have to wait. Taking an extra 5 minutes wouldn’t of hurt the people booked in after me. Thanks :)
