I really love the way each staff member that I had dealings with introduced themselves and explained what they were going to be doing with me. It made me feel very relaxed and confident that they knew what was happening and what they had to do. Everyone in the salon seems to be happy to deal with you. I feel as if I am with friends from when I arrive to when I leave.

Ive been going to The Basin now for over 3 years & my experience has always been fabulous. The staff there are extremely friendly & really know how to make you feel comfortable. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you walk out, they are on top of all your needs. The highlight for me is the amazing head massage I receive jn the massage chair each time I go....its sooo good! One very happy customer!!!

I have every confidence in my 'hair team'. I like/love the way I can come back after a cut and have some more hair taken off without feeling awkward about doing so. This aspect of the service means a lot to me. Thank you... Miriam

LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon. Been a customer for the past 9 years and still look forward to each and every appointment. Great atmosphere, a great place to spend a couple of hours getting pampered.

I always enjoy the friendly service & my daughter recomended The Basin to me & I am so glad, as it is close by & today I managed to receive a 20% discount on a wonderful pedicure. All in a hurry from my point of view, but was able to be accomodated. Bargain & excellent friendly service....what more could you want?
