Have been going to The Basin for around 5 years now and it has always been a pleasant happy experience. The staff go all out to make sure you are happy with all aspects of my time there and results with cut color and style. I have also been lucky enough to start consulting Victoria the new beautician regarding skin care and all other beauty services and find she has so much expertise in her field (HIGHLY RECOMMEND VICTORIA). I would recommend The Basin for all services that are on offer. Reception staff are also the heroes doing their best to accommodate my appointment needs. Love it, Love it!!

The basin was recomended by one of my paients and taking her advise was the best thing i have done and don't have any worries letting other poeple now as i now that they will just as happy and i think that you do really get value for money the staff listen to what i want done its been a long time comming but i finally found a hairdresser that i can trust and feel confident with thank you

I have been going to the Basin for three years now and even though we have moved to a new suburb quite a lot further out, I continue to come back due to the great service, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, value for money, fabulous results and availability. Thanks to everyone at the Basin for making every experience a real treat.

I could not be more pleased with my experiences at The Basin. I had been trying a range of hairdressers and was just finding that they were charging a ridiculous price for service that was very average and filled with attitude. At The Basin I was greeted with smiles from the genuine lovely staff. I could not have been happier with how my hair turned out and it was almost half the price I had been paying and I got a complimentary pack of good sized hair products which have lasted me months. I would recommend them happily to anyone I know.

Every experience at The Basin is a positive and enjoyable one. The staff are professional and always run on time. I have total faith that I will get great colour advice and a style/cut which suits my hair and my lifestyle. Highly recommend the salon and cutters.

I have been coming to The Basin for more than 6 years and I have NEVER left an appointment feeling anything less than 100% about my experience and hairstyle. I have somewhat difficult hair and I'm fussy!! 5 of the stylists have cut & coloured my hair over the years (to fit in with my busy schedule)and they ALL provide the utmost skill and professionalism. There is a vibe at this salon that I have not experienced anywhere before and I lived in Melbourne for many years! The stylists are first class communicators - they do not patronise (I'm 63 - we don't need that!), they take time to listen to you, advise you and ensure that you leave with a style/colour that complements you as an individual. The salon itself is bright, clean and airy, the decor is contemporary and the magazine selection is vast (important to me - I don't get a lot of time to read mags and tired "Truck Weekly" doesn't cut it). From the moment you enter this salon, you are discreetly pampered and you leave feeling confident and 10 years younger. I look forward to my appointment - I know I will experience excellence in customer service with a genuine and honest desire to meet my expectations.
