Love the inclusion of Kevin Murphy products. Also use the brow shaping service, which I really like. Would be interested in make up demonstrations. Would be nice to have some kind of recognition for loyalty and/or referrals eg free head massage or makeup done. Emily is excellent. Chloe's natural leadership skills were obvious from the beginning - looking forward to watching her develop into future roles!

I have been going to the Basin for three years now and even though we have moved to a new suburb quite a lot further out, I continue to come back due to the great service, relaxed and friendly atmosphere, value for money, fabulous results and availability. Thanks to everyone at the Basin for making every experience a real treat.

At my last visit I had a cappuccino, a lamington (Australia Day) and a massage while my hair was being washed. I realise I pay a little extra for these privileges but thoroughly enjoyed them all! (And I was very pleased with the cut as well :-)
