All the staff at the basin are lovely, my hairdresser really tries to listen and understand what I want from my haircut (and colour) even if it's nothing very exciting, and she wants to make sure I understand too. I think everyone is very professional yet friendly. I have received compliments on my hair from the first visit to the salon, including my mother who is very critical! And the nice coffees are a bonus. No complaints.

I always find all staff from the minute I walk in, friendly & keen to offer refreshments. My hairdresser is a warm & friendly professional who talks about whether I am happy with the previous cut & if we want to go down the same path. It is an all inclusive experience with staff who are trained well to be interactive with clients. I know why business is thriving, when all form as one to make it a welcome experience.

I have every confidence in my 'hair team'. I like/love the way I can come back after a cut and have some more hair taken off without feeling awkward about doing so. This aspect of the service means a lot to me. Thank you... Miriam
