While it was great to get December discounts I was very disappointed to see so many long term staff "gone". Being an older client the whole vibe of THD has changed to target the younger clients, Day Spa was great but hairstylists lacked people skills, attention to detail and I was left with the feeling they would be happy to not see me again.
