Carolyn is very knowledgeable, helpful and reassuring. After using the hair products and treatment plan, I noticed a difference straight away. My hair felt thicker and stronger with no frizz. No hair loss now and follow-up scope session showed a great improvement in hair and scalp strength. My family have commented on how good it looks too. I highly recommend Carolyn if you’re having any hair or scalp issues.

I found Carolyn to be absolutely wonderful, professional, and thorough. She demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and genuine duty of care, a complete contrast to what I have experienced elsewhere. From the very first interaction, both Carolyn and her receptionist were warm, organised, and attentive, which made the entire process seamless. I will definitely continue seeing Carolyn for any future needs and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. Even based on the first consultation, it was clear she goes above and beyond for her clients. I am very thankful to have been able to be seen by Carolyn.

I am disappointed not checking ingredients of products sold to me. I am highly allergic to scents, which one would consider not helpful in a product for sensitive scalp.
