Saltair is a lovely experience the facial was a pleasant experience but i think the 60 mins of treatment should not include the staff speaking to you about the treatment & time involved in dressing etc. i expect the actual treatment to go for 60 minutes. The products were a new line & i felt the staff member couldnt give much information about the products.

I requested a hard massage and as a consequence the movements were too quick and not at all relaxing I didn't enjoy the massage and was disappointed

The location was absolutely stunning!!! I really enjoyed my relaxing treatments, however they felt a little bit rushed and quite varying in pressure/movements etc. I was a bit disappointed that feet, hands and face received no (or next to no, feet were the only part of those touched very briefly) treatment.

Overall, my experience was good. The following are not complaints, but things I noticed that could be easily remedied: - the garden was riddled with weeds, which undermined the atmosphere of luxury. After my treatment, it was suggested I enjoy the view while having a drink, but the foreground of the view was three foot thistles. - my masseuse moved quickly and abruptly, making it difficult to relax Thanks for being open to feedback and I wish you all the best after what has been a challenging year.

I had asked to have my massage hard, because I’m pregnant the girl said she’ll start off medium and go harder apart from on the lower back, the hole massage ended up been very soft :( even though she had asked me if it was ok and I had asked her to go harder. I was so excited for the massage and a little disappointed:(

my appointment was rescheduled as my therapist was unwell the week prior. I was offerered a free hair mask or eye treatment as a result which was really lovely and unexpected. The massage itself was amazing! I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed and left feeling a lot less sore through my back and shoulders. My only criticism would be that I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early which I did and then waited half an hour. I understand things happen and sometimes things run over time however a simple phone call prior to my appointment to let me know would have been amazing. I had been feeding my two month old and had to cut her feed short in order to arrive at that time when I didn't actually need to. Also I did need to ask about the free hair mask or eye treatment at the end as it was forgotten (never nice to have to ask for a freebie!)
