Katrina was so lovely the entire time, kept reassuring me of what she was doing and explain it. She kept checking if I was okay with the time and even offered me her only umbrella when I was going out in the rain. 10/10

My cut was a very difficult one for the stylist due to extensive recent skin grafts on the scalp. The stylist (Lena) was so careful not to damage the grafts but still did a very acceptable style cut. Very well done!

Love the vibe here, it’s about 30 mins+ drive away for me, but I love that I can easily work while getting my hair done at the table. It makes the long service not feel as time consuming. I also love the tea coffee etc, but I did have the best melting moment last time and was looking forward to it today, but towards the end I was given a homemade rumball which was lovely! I will say it’s a long service and I’m a Coke Zero girly so if that was a thing to buy a can of soft drink that would be like next level, but I know that’s not standard so I still love it as is. (Being critical) My only cons would be the parking 500-700 metres away which is $30+ and the basin chairs aren’t comfortable if you’re tall as the foot rest doesn’t work/isn’t high or long enough. But besides that everyone is so friendly and I really love the service and experience 🥰

This is an excellent salon on every level. The staff are all super friendly and professional and the salon fit out is clean, modern and welcoming. Rixon goes above and beyond to accomodate your busy schedule. I always get a great colour and cut but this does come at a price. If you value a great cut and colour together with exceptional service and are willing to pay then this is the right place to go.
