I have been attending Raquels on and off for about 5 years now, it is not until recently when I had a waxing treatment with Antonella where she made me feel very comfortable in the environment and was very professional with my requests. I would recommend Antonella for waxing as she is very gentle and understanding.

Service, Quality, Cleanliness is excellent. I just wish it was slightly less expensive, particularly being a student, it's most difficult to pay for pricey treatments that I could do at home myself for HALF the price.

The products are so beautiful on the skin, and when i enter the store i just feel all my stresses disappear. The staff are very friendly which makes me feel welcome. Raquel is absolutely gorgeous and does her best to really work with my budget, she really does her best to please her clients and is very honest with them about her skin care products. I find this very hard to find these days as people can be too pushy and just want sell things to get 'your money'.This is what i noticed from Raquel right from the beginning and this is why i keep coming to this beautiful salon. I find some of the products and facials very expensive, but because Raqueal works with my budget, i guess i can't ask for anything else. I find the girls can be sometimes too gentle on the skin when doing facials and therefore, are very scared to do extractions or to remove miliea. I guess, when i pay the money, i expect a really good clean. Great salon though, thank you to all of you!
